摘要
本文研究了西南五省区水电站水库组成规模从8库15站至22库38站7种情况的随机型优化补偿调节调度,增加保证出力10万至100余万千瓦;能提高枯水年电量3~13%.本文引入了相对调蓄能力和蓄能系数的概念;提出了大规模水电站群保证出力补偿效益的合理分配原则和方法;同时对西电东送和云南向广东送电的出力过程进行了探讨.
In this paper,stochastis optimal compensation regulation and dispatching of seven cases from8 reservoirs 15 stations to 22 reservoirs 38 stations in southwest and south China rigion of China were studied.The guaranteed power can be increased from 100 to 1000 MW and electric energy generation of dry years can be increased 3~13%.This paper also intrduced the Concept of relative regulation capacity and store energy efficiency,and that principle and method of guaranteed power composation benefit of stations the large scale. At the same time,the power procces of transmission from Yunnan to Guongdong and from west to east of China is approached
