摘要
在上游已建成具有一定调节能力的水库时,为减少下游拟建水库的施工导流流量,要求上游水库控制泄量以满足施工要求。本文以黄河上游梯级水库为例,提出了改变上游水库调度运用方式,合理确定下游拟建工程施工导流流量的几种方法,把经济比较、风险分析的概念引入施工洪水计算中。
If a regulated reservoir was built on upstream, we always reduce construction flood to meet the requirement of the hydropower project downstream through controlling the outflow of reservoir upstream. In this paper, We provide several methods how the construction discharge of the project downstream is determined reasonably under that the regulation principle of upreservoir was changed on the cascade reservoir of Yellow River, and the economic comparison and risk analysis are also used in construction flood design.
