摘要 窦性组织细胞增生伴巨大淋巴结肿(Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy,SHML)是一类少见的组织细胞增生性疾病,易误诊为其他良性和恶性组织细胞增生症,下面2例最初都曾被误诊,现报道如下.
