摘要
目的:观察Ｂｉｆｌｕｏｒｉｄ１２脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法:将７０例 Ｂｉｆｌｕｏｒｉｄ１２脱敏剂治疗的患者与３０例用７５%氟化纳甘油治疗的患者进行比较。结果:Ｂｉｆｌｕｏｒｉｄ１２组即时疗效有效率为９２．８６%,半年后有效率为９０．００%,７５%氟化钠甘油组即时疗效有效率６３．３３%,半年后疗效有效率为５６．６７%。治疗组与对照组比较,有效率明显提高(Ｐ＜０．０１)。结论:Ｂｉｆｌｕｏｒｉｄ１２脱敏剂是治疗牙本质过敏症的较理想药物。
To observe the effects of Bifluorid12 , a desensitizer in the treatment of dentin hypersensitiveness.Method:Bifluorid12 was used on 70 cases of dentin hypersensitiveness compared with sodium fluoride glycerin in 30 cases as the control.Results: The instant and half-year curative rates were 92.86%,90.00% and 63.33%,56.67% in Bifluorid12 group and sodium fluoride glycerin group respectively. It showed the significant difference (P <0.01)o Conclusion: Bifluorid12 is a better medicine for dentin hypersensitiveness.
