摘要
目的评价改良Sugiura手术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效。方法回顾性分析对 72例肝炎后肝硬化性门静脉高压症患者施行改良Sugiura手术治疗的情况。结果手术死亡率为 0 ,随访率为 99%。随访时间 6个月至 9年 ,平均随访 4年 1个月。肝性脑病发生率为 1% ,再出血率为3%。结论本手术治疗肝炎后肝硬化性门静脉高压症的疗效令人满意 ,其操作并不复杂 。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of modified Sugiura procedure in the treatment of portal hypertension.MethodWe analyzed the results of modified Sugiura procedure performed in 72 patients suffering from portal hypertension secondary to postohepatitic liver cirrhosis from January 1991 to January 2000.Results There was no operative mortality. Seventy one out of 72 (99%) patients were followed-up with a mean follow-up time of 4 years and 1 month. Hepatic coma and rebleeding rate was respectively 1% and 3%, respectively. ConclusionOur results showed that the effect of modified Sugiura procedure in the treatment of portal hypertension is satisfactory with a low complication rate, and low bleeding recurrence.
