摘要 SBR是序列间歇式活性污泥法的简称 ,尤其适用于难处理废水的治理。生物增强技术是向系统中投加特殊微生物以提高处理效果。利用拟除虫菊酯类、杂环类农药废水作为唯一能源和碳源 ,从被废水污染的土壤中分离、筛选出降解能力较强的细菌W1、W 2、Y3,混合培养后获得性状稳定、降解能力强的生物活液ALMO。将这种ALMO直接投加到SBR活性污泥中 ,以及用ALMO进行挂膜得到的菌膜 ,进行SBR反应 ,处理菊酯类、杂环类综合农药废水 ,均取得了较好的增强效果 ,当处理CODCr质量浓度为 30 0 0~ 4 0 0 0mg/L的农药废水时 ,投菌法、菌膜法对COD的去除率分别比SBR活性污泥提高了 5 %~ 10 %、10 %~ 2 0 % The Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR)is suitable for treating some refractory wastewater. Bioaugmentation is to introduce special microorganisms into polluted systems in order to enhance the treating efficiency. Three degradative strains W1,W2,Y3,isolated from contaminated soil by using wastewater from pyrethroid and heterocyclic pesticides wastewater as a sole energy and carbon source,are mixed and cultured to obtain an Active Liquor Microorganism(ALMO). Under the condition of inflow COD of 3 000~4 000 mg/L,the experiment,which results from 3 paralleled SBR, the ALMO is directly added and the biofilm is formed by ALMO are used and an adapted activated sludge is inoculated, shows that bacterial augmentation and biofilm can increase the COD removal up to 5%~10%,10%~20% respectively,compared with that of activated sludge.
