摘要
本文通过实验,将碱法造纸黑液中的木质素分离回收,制成木质素磺酸钠为主要成分的MZ 型减水剂,该减水剂具有缓凝、减水,早强性质,提高混凝土抗压强度。在水灰比相同、坍落度相同或相近的情况下,掺该减水剂占水泥量的1%,则水泥减少7—10%,减少率7—10%,混凝土的3天强度平均提高30.1%,7天强度平均提高24.1%,28天强度平均提高8.7%。变废为利。
This paper dealt with an experiment in which lignin was extracted
from the alkali sulfate pulp waste water and turned into the MZ type con-
crete water-reducer.It was characterized by its water-reducing acceleration
and set-retarding function,thus in turn,strengthening the compressive
ability of the concrete.
Under the same conditions of slump and water-cement ratio,the water-
reducing agent,although being only 1 per cent of the cement's weight,could
save concrete by 7—10%.In the average,The compressive strength of the
concrete increased by 30.1% on the 3rd day and 24.1% on the 7th day and
8.7% on the 28th day.
