摘要
本文比较详细地剖析了国内海藻工业中电渗析除盐技术存在的问题及其起因,并针对现行装置及其除盐工艺进行了一系列技术改造。采用一系列技术改造措施,解决了离子交换膜的污染和膜堆堵塞问题、电极腐蚀问题和膜堆漏电、离子交换膜和隔板的烧损问题。实际运行结果表明,技术改造是成功的,电渗析装置的性能有显著的提高,运行稳定。与原装置和原工艺相比,在规模和运行条件相同的情况下,除盐率从40%提高到97%以上,折洗周期由15天增加到105天,提高6倍以上,而总耗电接近降低50%,运行成本降低三分之一以上。
The defects that present desalination technology by electrodialysis inthe seaweed industry and its reasons were analysed in this paper.A seriesof measure for improving presant desalting equipment and art hare beenadopted.The main methods were included as follows.1.The water extractive liquor of laminaria japonic has been purifiedstrictly by combined process that were consist of flocculation,filtratian, germicidel treatment and decolor.2.The corrosion of the electrode has been avoided by adoping thetitaniam coated with ruthenium (Ru) as the material of the etectrode,the shoping of the electrode as the wire form,the get through openningof the electrode and the flushing the elcctrode wire with the high velocityof the water in the eleetrode compartment.3.The leakage current and demage of gasket and ion exchang memb-rane by overheat was avoided by useing of p.p as meterial of spacer andgasket and new dcsign of them.4.The continuos run was peofrmed by camical cleaning and electrodereversal periodical.Under the same conditions in comparison with the presanted equipmentand technolygies,the rate of desalination was incresed from 40% to 97%,the period of unassembling stack was incresed from 15 days to 105 days.And the total compusion of energy decresed at least 1/2.and the operatingcost was decresed at least 1/3.
