摘要
具有中国特色的卫生执法监督体制应该包含执法公开化的内容。本文从卫生执法范围、卫生执法公开内容、卫生执法公开形式和方法等方面详细阐述。多年来 ,我们一直将上述方式、方法运用在日常卫生监督执法公开实际工作中 ,效果很好。因此 ,特向同仁予以介绍 ,以求广大同仁进一步补充。
Open law enforcement should be involved in health law enforcement supervise system with Chinese characteristics. The author illustrates in detail from extension, content and method of health law enforcement. The practice in work shows good result and we introduces this method to get improved.
