摘要
综述再生障碍性贫血 (再障 )中西医结合治疗的现状。中西医结合治疗再障的有效率为 80 %～ 90 %。中药具有促进造血干细胞增殖 ,改善免疫功能等作用。应当开展多中心协作和随机对照研究 ,以进一步确定再障中西医结合的疗效。
The present status of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating aplastic anemia is reviewed.The effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating aplastic anemia is 80%～90%.The traditional Chinese drugs can promote the proliferation of hematopoietic cells and improve the immune function of the body.The multi central collaboration and random trials should be developed so as to confirm the effectiveness further.
