摘要
目的 :建立补气通络胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 :测定波长λs=5 2 5nm ,参比波长λR=70 0nm ;展开剂为 [正丁醇 醋酸丁酯 水 (4 :1:5 )上层液 ] 甲醇 (10 :1) ;显色剂为 10 %硫酸乙醇溶液。结果 :黄芪甲苷和人参皂苷Re的平均回收率分别为97.94% ,99.35 % ;RSD分别为 1.79% ,1.85 %。结论 :该方法简便、准确 ,可对产品质量进行控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Astragaloside and Ginsenoside Re in Buqitongle capsule.METHODS The smple and reference wavelength was 530 nm and 700 nm respectively. The mobile phase was [n Butanol Butyl Acetate Water(4∶1∶5)above solution] methamd (10∶1). The visualizing agent was 10% H 2SO 4 ethanol solution.RESULTS The average recoveries were 97.94% and 99.35% ; the RSD were 1.79% and 1.85% .CONCLUSIONS This method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control standard of this preparation.
