摘要
目的 降低人为因素的剖宫产率 ,减少剖宫产给产妇、新生儿造成的不必要伤害及医疗资源的浪费。方法 设计人为因素剖宫产调查表 ,对 2 0 0 0年 4～ 10月 13 6例产妇进行调查分析。结果 人为因素剖宫产占 91 7% ,主要是因为产妇及家属对自然分娩及剖宫产缺乏科学的认识 ,医护人员图省事 ,对剖宫产适应证掌握不严 ,产前缺乏宣教。结论 做好健康教育 ,树立正确的生育观 ,减少产妇分娩痛苦 。
Objective\ To reduce the rate of cesarean section caused by artificial factors and to reduce unnecessary harms to the mothers and the neonates by cesarean section,and to reduce unnecessary waste of medical resources.Methods We designed a research table to analyze 136 patients which were operated cesarean section(caused by artificial factors) in between April,2000 and October,2000.Results\ The cesarean sections caused by artificial factors accounted for 91.7% percent in all the cases.The following is the main reasons of this high rate:firstly,the patients and their families lacked of knowledge of vaginal delivery and cesarean section.Secondly,the obstetricians and nurses aimed to save time.Thirdly,the indication of cesarean section wasn't well practiced.Fourthly,there wasn't enough propagation and education for the patients before their delivery.Conclusion\ Healthy education should be well done.The patients should set up right opinion about reproduce.The obstetricians and nurses should relieve the pain of patients during delivery and practice the indication of cesarean section properly.
