摘要
目的研究耳蜗微窥镜检查对听觉的影响,为耳蜗微窥镜的进一步应用奠定基础。方法42只豚鼠被随机分为4组,A为对照组,B、C、D组作耳蜗微窥镜检查,分别测其术后即刻、1周和2周的ABR。结果与对照组相比,耳蜗微窥镜检查术后即刻、1周、2周,Ⅰ、Ⅲ波潜伏期显著延长(p<0.01)或延长(p<0.05),而Ⅰ—Ⅲ波间期无明显变化(p>0.05),术后2周的反应阈较对照组提高小于10dBHL。结论耳蜗微窥镜检查对正常豚鼠的听觉影响较小。
Purpose In order to lay the foundation for further applying cochlear microendoscope in clinical practice, we applied
it to the cochlea examination of guinea pigs, and then studied the auditory changes. Methods Forty - two guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups at random.Guinea pigs in group A were used as controls, while guinea pigs in group B, C and D were examined by cochlear microendoscope,Latencies of wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅲ of ABR and response threshold were determined immediately, one week and two weeks after cochlear microendoscopy respectively. Results Compared with the controls' , the latencies of wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅲ of ABR were prolonged markedly (p < 0.01) or prolonged (p < 0.05) immediately, one week and two weeks after cochlear microendoscopy,but there was no difference of Ⅰ - Ⅲ interlatencies of ABR in all guinea pigs (p > 0.05). Response threshold raise is less than 10 dB HL two weeks after cochlear microendoscopy. Conclusions The cochlear microendoscopy has little influence on auditory.
