摘要
目的:提供一种有效治疗寻常性痤疮的医院制剂及质量控制方法。方法:以75％乙醇为溶媒配制氯雷酊,以HPLC法测定含量。结果:以溶解法配制氯雷酊,工艺简单;采用HPLC法测定氯霉素和间苯二酚的含量,结果准确,重现性好。结论:该制剂制备简单,疗效肯定,适于作为医院制剂。
Objective: To provide a preperation for treating acne vnlgaris and a method for quality control. Method: 75% alcohol was used as solvent to prepare the tincture chloramphenicol and resorcinol. The concentration was determined by HPLC. Result: The technology for producing the tincture chloramphenicol and resorcinol with dissolution method was simple. The result of determining chloramphenicol and resorcinol by HPLC was accurate and a good reproducibility. Conclusion: The tincture chloramphenicol and resorcinol is easy in preparing process and the curative effect is definite. It is suitable to be used in hospital.
