摘要
成人师范专升本教育是成人教育的特殊领域 ,从理论、现实和特殊性出发 ,探讨其能力培养的教学模式和实践 ,是实现内涵发展的必然要求。
Adults receiving their training above the Junior College Level Education pose a special field in Higher Education. One of the major tasks in this field is to penetrate into theoretical, practical, and featuristic investigations for a pragmatic model for the development of the students competence to that genuine can be expected.
