摘要
面向知识经济 ,企业发展的决定因素和在国际竞争的成败就是看其创新的能力。管理的创新和技术的创新是知识经济的灵魂 ,管理创新尤为重要 ;只有不断创新管理理念 ,建立系统创新机制 ,采用企业经营管理新策略 。
The paper points out that, faced with the knowledge-oriented economy, the innovation ability becomes vital to the development of corporations. Meanwhile, management innovation is more important than the technology innovation.
