摘要
目的 了解安徽省大学生心理卫生和问题行为的现状。方法 对部分在皖部属院校和省属高校学生进行焦虑、抑郁症状和问题行为的抽样调查。结果 抑郁、焦虑症状在两类学校和不同性别的大学生中检出率差异无显著性 ;焦虑症状检出率随年级增高而上升 ,差别有显著性。自杀行为女生自杀意念高于男生 ;吸烟和饮酒行为部属院校学生高于省属院校 ,男生高于女生 ;有抑郁症状、焦虑症状的学生三种自杀行为报告率高于无抑郁、无焦虑症状者 ;有焦虑症状、自杀行为及饮酒行为者吸烟行为的检出率较高。结论 关注不良行为大学生的情感需要 。
Objective In order to examine mental disorder and health risk behaviors in college students in Anhui. Methods The study was conducted in the part of college students in Anhui. The survey involved depression and anxiety symptoms and health risk behaviors. Results There were no difference significantly in depression and anxiety symptoms among two kinds of college students and between males and females. The symptoms of depression increased with grade. Moreover, suicide behaviors of students had no difference between colleges or grades. The idea of suicide in girls was higher than that in boys. The behaviors of smoking and drinking alcohol in national college students were significantly higher than that in province college students. The behaviors of smoking and drinking alcohol in boys were higher than that in girls and increased with grade. The rates of suicide behaviors of college students with depression were higher than that with no symptoms and the rates of suicide and drinking alcohol behaviors were higher in the smoking students. Conclusions Improving mental health of the college students may decrease their risk health behaviors.
