摘要
目的 :观察愈肝片对大鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :以 0 2ml/kg体重剂量经大鼠腹腔注射 30 %四氯化碳色拉油溶液制作慢性肝损伤模型 ,观察给药前后大鼠血清AST、ALT ,TP和ALB的变化。结果 :愈肝片高、中剂量组及阳性药肝脾康对照组均可明显降低肝损伤大鼠血清AST、ALT水平 ;高剂量组可明显升高肝损伤大鼠血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量。结论 :愈肝片对四氯化碳慢性肝损伤有明显保护作用 ,对其血清蛋白的改变有一定调节作用。
Objective:Observing the protective effect of yuganpian on rat's chronic liver-injured caused by CCl 4.Methods:Model with chronic liver-injured was maken by injecting 30% CCl 4 oil liquid into rat's abdornen,the changes of serum AST?ALT?TP and ALB were determined before and after treatedResults: Yuganpian could signficantly decrease the levels of serum AST and ALT in rat with chronic liver-injured at the dose of 1g/kg and 1.5g/kg,the effect was the similar to group with ganpikang , yuganpian at the dose of 1.5g/kg could obviously increase the contents of serum TP and ALB in rat with chronic liver-injured.Conclusion: Yuganpian could effectively protect the chronic liver injured caused by CCl 4,which could regulate the disorder of serum TP and ALB.
