摘要
根据战略活动的不同性质,将战略内容划分为相互关联的3个层次:产品-市场的确定、价值链的优化和核心竞争力的培养;提出了确定战略内容时应该遵守的4个原则:模式和范式的转变、多点创新、关照全局与突出重点、时空的正确界定。
According to the different characters of strategic actions, the contents of a corporate strategy are divided into three levels, orientating of products and markets, optimizing of value chains, and cultivating of core competence. Four principles of determining the content of a corporate strategy are put forward, which are the transformation of mode and paradigm, innovation in many points, keeping an eye on the whole and standing the emphases out, and right bound of time and space.
