摘要
文章分析了驱动和吸收电路对功率器件IGBT开关过程的影响及其失效原因 ,提出了应采取的措施。
This paper analyses on the influence of drive circuit and absorption circuit on switching process of power device of IGBT and on the causes of failures, and puts forward some countermeasures should be taken.
