摘要
本文对金钢石锯片生产的工艺流程及工艺参数进行了综合分析 ,指出刀头过渡层、工作层的制作、基体的选择和激光焊接工艺参数的选取必须综合考虑。着重讨论了基体选择、刀头配方、冷压、烧结、激光焊接功率、焊接速度、离焦量、横向偏移量、等离子体控制、保护气体、以及焊件间配合尺寸、工件装夹等对焊接质量的影响及其相互之间的依赖关系 。
The writer analyses synthetically the technics process and parameters in this paper of the production of diamond saw blade.Arguing the manufacture of the the transition segment and work segment and the steel core selecting should be taken into account synthetically.A series technological parameters investigation was conducted to valuate the effect of every essential variable on the welding quality of diamond saw blade,which include steel core selecting,segment prescription,cold pressing,sintering,laser power,welding speed,defocusing,transverse offset,plasma control,protection gas,assortative dimension between the workpiece,workpiece assemble and clamp.Many kinds of welding quality test are also discussed.
