摘要
针对目前高校学报管理工作中存在的诸多问题 ,如责权不分、归属不明、质量低劣等情况 ,依照我校学报办刊经验和方法 ,提出建立作者———编辑———审稿人三位一体的管理新模式 ,以期能摆脱恶性循环怪圈 。
This paper investigatesand analyzes the problems such as unclear division of responsibility and duty and poor quality, existing in the present journal management of higher education institutions. Based on the experience and methods of our journal running, the paper puts forward a 'Three in one'management mode--combining authors, editors and responsible readers into one organic system--in order to bring into full play journals as a mass media while breaking away from the original vicious circle.
