摘要
综述了鞭角华扁叶蜂的形态特征、生物学特性和生态学特征，提出了相应的防治方法，并强调要以综合治理的原则为指导，开展防治技术研究。
Morphological character, biological and ecological properties of Chinolyda flagellicornis were described. Control methods were proposed, especially it should be dominated by integrated control with studies on techniques.
