摘要
用 0 0 1kg/L壳聚糖溶液 (Ⅰ)、含 0 0 1kg/LVc的 0 0 1kg/L壳聚糖的混合溶液 (Ⅱ)和含 0 0 1kg/LVc、0 0 0 2kg/LEDTA的 0 0 1kg/L壳聚糖的混合溶液 (Ⅲ )涂膜于荔枝 (淮枝品种 )果实表面 ,于室温下放置 .结果发现 ,涂膜比不涂膜 (对照 )果皮颜色好、烂果率低、质量损失小、呼吸速率低 ,其中含有Vc的壳聚糖溶液II保鲜效果最好 ,室温下 (33~ 34℃ )荔枝的货架寿命延长至 3d .
Huaizhi”litchi fruits were coated with 0.01 kg/L chitosan solution, 0.01 kg/L chitosan solution incorporated with 0.01 kg/L Vc and 0.01 kg/L chitosan solution incorporated with 0.01 kg/L Vc+0.002 kg/L EDTA and stored in room temperature. Results showed that coated litchi fruits had better pericarp color, lower incidence of decay, lower weight loss and lower respiratory rate than noncoated fruits. Chitosan coating incorporated Vc had best effects and coated litchi fruits with this composite coating had 2 days of shelf life, but noncoated fruits only had less than 1 day of shelf life.
