摘要
1998年 2月至 1999年 5月在北部湾进行了 5个航次的调查。结果共检出浮游植物 382种(包括变种 ) ,主要优势种为细弱海链藻 (Thalassiosira subtilis)和小舟形藻 (Navicula subminuscula)。调查期间浮游植物细胞数量为 4 3.5× 10 4 ~ 2 83.6× 10 4 m-3 ,平均 10 1.8× 10 4 m-3 。北部海域的数量远高于南部海域 ,数量密集区均分布在北部近岸水域 ,南部和中部海域的数量分布则随季节的变化而变化。浮游植物细胞数量的季节变化较明显 ,以春季数量最大 ,多样性指数和均匀度则均以春季最低 ,秋季最高。
cruises of phytoplankton survey in Beibu Bay were made from Feb.,1998 to May,1999. 382 species of phytoplankton were identified.The main dominant species were Thalassiosira subtilis and Navicula subminuscula. The cell density varied from 43.5×10 4m -3 to 283.6×10 4 m -3 ,averaged 101.8×10 4 m -3 . In the north warters of Beibu Bay the cell density was much higher than that in the south waters, and the highest density area was near the north coastal waters,the low density areas varied with the seasonal variation in the south and middle waters.The seasonal variation of the biomass of phytoplankton is obvious,and it reaches its peak in January.Both the diversity and evenness index are the lowest in January and February ,and the highest in May and September.
