摘要
Because of the values are always estimated at the national totals of research institutes on R&D,therefore the many construction data on R&D can’t get.For making the R&D data more goodly make use of in the decision and management process, and is beneficial to the analysis of the S&T and S&T policy and the researcher’s work, must direct from the unit surveyed attain to the R&D data. Pass to research on the classification of research institutes that the method is found out at R&D indication’s calculation of the unit surveyed and can help the respondents to fill in the tables of R&D。This method can’t only alleviate the incidence of respondents,and can guarantee to the R&D data filling the tables is available.
