经T管窦道网篮取石治疗胆道残余结石

The treatment of postoperative residual biliary tract stones though the sinus tract of the T-tube with stone basket.

摘要目的　采用非手术方法治疗胆道残余结石。　方法　应用介入方法经T管窦道网篮取石。结果　治疗3 9例 ,取得了满意的疗效 ,成功率达 92 .3 %。结论　经T管窦道网篮取石治疗胆道残余结石 ,是一种简便、安全。 Objectives: The non-operation treatment was given to the patients with residual biliary tract stones.Methods:Residual biliary tract stones were removal though the sinus tract of the T-tube with stone basket by radio-intervention.Results: 39 cases were treated.We gained satisfing effect.The cure rate was 92.3%.Conclusions:This method of treated residual biliary tract stones is a simple,safe and reliable.
