摘要
提出建立在网络环境上的高速公路自动收费系统方案，介绍了单机与系统的结构，建立了车型自动识别的算法，实现车型自动识别和报价，并研制ＩＣ卡收费装置。本系统的应用可极大地提高工作效率，可杜绝收费混乱状况和工作人员作弊行为，具有很好的应用前景。
The article proposes an AETCS based on network , introduces the frame and structure of an unconnected computer and the system, establishes the algorithm on how to identify different types of vehicles automatically to achieve the identification of different types of automobile and automatic toll collection. Furthermore developed the device of IC card toll collector, the system application can improve extremely the work-efficiency, put an end to messy situation and fraud practice of the staff,and has a good prospect in application.
