摘要
用功夫对美洲斑潜蝇 3龄幼虫进行抗性品系 (Cy -R)筛选 ,经 5 0代选育 ,抗性指数提高到 4 9.14倍。筛选前的LC50 值为 0 .0 15 2 g/L ,筛选后的LC50 值为 0 .2 5 0 6 g/L。敏感品系选育试验表明 ,经 10代筛选 ,抗性指数由筛选前的 5 .0 0倍降低至 1.0 0倍。对功夫产生抗性的品系对灭扫利和速灭杀丁有交互抗性 ,而对杀虫单、毒死蜱、害极灭无交互抗性 ,其抗性倍数分别为 6 .30倍、4 .0 7倍、1.4 1倍、1.35倍和 1.0
Vegetable leafminer ( Liriomyza sativae Blanchard ) larvae in 3rd instar were applied with Cyhalothrin in successive generation in the laboratory to develop a resistant strain ( Cy-R). After 50 generations, the resistance index of this pest to Cyhalothrin increased to 49.14-fold. The LC 50 of population before selection and after selection were 0.0152 g/L and 0.2506 g/L. A strain (Cy-S) susceptible to Cyhalothrin was developed by selection of 10 generations without insecticide, and its resistance index decreased from 5.00-fold to 1.00-fold. The Cy-R strains have distinct cross resistance to Fenpropathrin (6.30-fold) and Fenvalerate (4.07-fold), but no cross resistance to Mehypo (1.41-fold), Chlorpyrifos (1.35-fold) and Agrimec @ (1.05-fold).
