摘要
不育系9070-28-3-6的不育株率达100%,不育度近100%,雄蕊退化,无正常花粉,雌蕊正常,蜜腺退化,蜜蜂不喜欢,自然传粉困难,目前采用人工授粉制种,由9070-28-3-6不育系配制的“特早50天”已在国内生产上大面积应用。不育系9450-8-5-3的不育株率达100%,不育度近100%,开花正常,雄蕊退化,雌蕊正常,结实好,蜜腺发达,并有很好的配合力,配制的一代杂种“早花45天”,在长江流域推广应用显示出良好的经济效益。
Sterile line9070-28-3-6has a sterile plant rate of100%and normal pistil.The stamen degenerates and hasn’t normal pollen.The nectary degenerates,which can not attract honeybee.It is diffi-cult to pollinate,therefore artificial pollination must be used.F 1 ‘Tezao50days’with it as parent has been cultivated in large area.The other sterile line9450-8-5-3has a sterile plant rate of100%,normal flower,pistil,nectary and good combining ability.The stamen degenerates but it bears fruit well.‘Zaohua45days’with it has been spread in the Changjing River valley and given good economic benefi t.
