摘要
目的 评价直视下经尿道内切开术配合电切治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 对21尿道狭窄患者行经尿道内切开及电切术。结果 所有病冽术后均排尿通畅,4例有轻度尿失禁,3例有肉眼或镜下血尿。结论 经尿道内切开及电切术是治疗尿道狭窄的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of internal urethrotomy with transurethral electrotomy on urethral stricture. Method 21 cases with urethral stricture were treated with internal urethrotemy and transurethral electrotomy. Resulls All patients achieved no-mal niicturination postperaton, 4 cases of which have light incontinence,3 cases had hematuria or microscopic hematuria.Conelusion Internal urethrotomy and electrotomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of urethral stricture.
