摘要
高校学报作为传播知识、交流学术信息的媒介 ,必须遵循传播规律 ,向受众开放 ,促进广泛的学术信息共享。但目前许多学报在编辑过程中忽视了学报的传播本质 ,与受众隔绝 ,与社会脱离 ;同时学报体系在定位上的组织传播特性也妨碍了学报的正常发展。在知识经济环境下 ,学报必须进行改革 ,分化重组 ,并应用多种现代化媒介手段 ,提升学术传播的质量和学报自身的活力 。
As a medium of knowledge dissemination and academic interchange, the college/university journal must follow dissemination rules, be open to the audience and facilitate the wide sharing of academic information. But currently many journals ignore the dissemination property in their editing, become isolated from the audience and separated from the society. Meanwhile, the organizational dissemination property of the journal placement system prevents its normal development. In the context of the knowledge\|based economy, the journal must be reformed, be restructured, be raised in its academic dissemination quality with the adoption of various modern media, and contribute to the information age.
