摘要
战国秦汉时期是我国古代农业领域商品经济发展的第一个高峰期。历史经验证明 ,只有不断推动农业生产工具和技术革命 ,不断根据形势变化调整经济政策 ,维护农民的收益并激发农民的生产积极性 ,才能促使农业突破小农经济模式 。
The period from the Warring States to the Qing and Han Dynasties was the first climax of development of commercial economy in the field of agriculture in ancient China Historical experience shows that only when the government keeps encouraging innovation of agricultural tools and technology, adapting its economic policy to the varied situations, protecting farmers' benefits and income and stimulating farmers' enthusiasm, can agriculture break through the pattern of small scale farming economy and get into the mainstream of development of social commercial economy
