摘要
通过对有关资料的整理与分析,考察了1979年选举法与1982年及其后诸选举法修正案的差别,分析当代中国选举制度的若干缺失与不足,总结当代中国选举制度的基本特征。
In its survey of relevant documents,this paper examines the differences among the1979Election Law,the 1982and subse quent amendments,analyses some deficiencies of present -day China's election and summarises the basic characteristics of presen t -day election system.
