摘要
笔者根据职业能力形成的规律 ,在分析高等职业技术教育电子类专业毕业生就业岗位的基础上 ,设计了模块化的职业能力训练体系及实施要点。
According to the rule of formation of professional ability, on the basis of analyzing employment positions obtained by the graduates from electronic specialty in technology college, the author designed a system and practical outline of professional ability training of modularization. It has obtained great progress for five years.
