本文从四个方面阐述了图书馆配备和使用数字化设备的经济性原则 ,即 :图书馆经费投入和管理制度应适应数字化设备发展特点的原则、“规划—实用”原则、“以人为本”原则、“满负荷使用”
The paper discusses the economic principles for purchasing and using library digital equipment in four aspects.These include the principle that both the money cost and the management system of library shold take into account the features of digital equipment,the principle of'planning pragmatism',the principle of'humanism',and the principle of'full loading use'.
