摘要
周恩来的民族理论极为丰富 ,其要点是 :坚持走自己的路 ,实行民族区域自治 ;坚持平等友爱、团结互助与共同繁荣 ;坚持帮助少数民族发展经济 ;坚持社会改革 ;坚持培养、使用少数民族干部 ;坚持对宗教的尊重与保护 ;坚持以慎重的态度处理民族问题。周恩来的民族理论 ,正是中国共产党正确认识与处理民族问题的经验总结。
Zhou Enlai's national theory is quite rich, with essentials shown as follows: we must go on our own way and implement the autonomy of national regions; we must adhere to equality and fraternal friendship, seek for common prosperity through mutual aid; we must keep on helping ethnic minorities develop economy; we must stick to social reform, train and employ cadres in ethnic minority; respect and protect their religion; treat national matter in cautious manner. His national theory is simply the conclusion of experience for the Chinese Communist Party to recognize and treat national matter.
