摘要
高等教育收费理论主要有三种学说 ,即发展说、产业说、教育消费说。教育成本是制定高等教育收费标准的基本依据和基础 ,确定收费标准时应充分考虑不同学校的办学性质、专业和地区的差异 。
s:There are three main theories on higher education charges:development,industrialization and educational cost.Cost of education is the basis for the standards of higher education charges.Differences in nature,specialty and region of different schools and people's capacity to afford it should be considered in the determination.
