本文分析和论述了高等学校图书馆在高校文化素质教育中所具有的不可替代的优势和作用 。
This paper tries to analyze and discuss the irreplaceable advantage and function on the superior quality education in university libraries,furthermore,the concretely measures is to be offered to hot to build the training base of cultural quality education in university libraries.
