摘要
论述了当前高校学报在审稿工作中遇到的问题 ,分析了这些问题出现的原因 ,探讨了新形势下编辑对这些问题处理的对策。指出 ,选择合适的审稿人是保证审稿质量的关键。编辑要在审稿工作中认真总结实践经验 ,探索寻找审稿人的途径和方法。同时也指出 ,编辑勤奋的工作作风 ,是做好审稿工作的前提 ;具有较高的学识水平和广博的知识是做好审稿工作的条件 ;
The problem of examining and approving manuscripts was discussed,and the cause was analyzed.This paper put forward method of dealing with this problem.To select appropriated examine and approve manuscripts reader is important.Editors must conclude practice and experience,explore way and method of searching for examine and approve manuscripts reader.Editors’ working style is premise of working well.Higher knowledge level is factor of working well and enterprising spirit is guarantee.
