摘要
文章指出 ,江泽民总书记的“七一重要讲话”和“三个代表”的思想 ,是根据国际国内形势的新变化与我国建党治国面临的新问题和新任务作出的科学结论 ,是对马克思主义建党学说的新发展 ;是新世纪加强党的建设的伟大纲领 ,也是推进建设有中国特色社会主义事业的行动指南。
The article points out Jiang Zeming's July 1st speech and the idea of “Three Representatives' are scientific conclusions, which are based on how to deal with the new changes at home and abroad and the new tasks and problems for building the Party and running the county. They are new scientific ideas on Marxist Party building, and the guiding principles for improving Party building in the new century and for building China into a great country with socialist characteristics.
