摘要
利用组织切片技术首次在显微水平对大鳍肝脏、胰脏的发育特点作了系统研究 .结果表明 :与大多数硬骨鱼类一致 ,大鳍肝脏、胰脏在仔鱼前期开始发育 ,后逐渐完善 .5日龄仔鱼肝后部开始贮存脂质 ,7日龄仔鱼肝前部开始积累脂质 .肝脏的发育与卵黄囊有密切的关系 .胰脏为弥散型 。
With slice technology and light microscope,the postembryonic development characteristics of the liver and pancreas in Mystus macropterus (Bleeker)are observed for the first time.The results show that,as in other teleost species,the liver and pancreas of M.macropterus began to develop during the pro-larval period,then became mature gradually.At day 5 and day 7 post-hatch,the posterior and anterior part of the liver started to accumulate lipids respectively.The development of the liver is related to the yolk sac.In M.macropterus ,the pancreas is a diffuse gland. Many capillaries are found in the developed islet of Langerhans.
