摘要
目的 探讨高龄老人白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法 对 42例 ( 4 2眼 ) 80～ 94岁老人行白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术 ,对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果 术后脱盲率为 92 9% ,脱残率为 5 0 %。术后并发症有前房积血 2例 ,严重前段葡萄膜反应 6例 ,瞳孔膜闭 1例 ,角膜失代偿 1例 ,脑梗塞 1例。结论 白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术是使高龄老人白内障患者复明的主要手段 。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cataract extraction with intraocular lenses (IOL) implantation in venerable age patients.Methods 42 patients(42 eyes) of 80～94 years old were received cataract extraction and IOL implantation,the postoperative vision and the complications were analysed.Results After operation,light restoring in 92.9% patients and rehabliitation rate was 50%.The postoperative complications included 2 cases of hyphema,6 cases of severe anterior uveal reaction,1 case of occlusion of pupil,1 caes of corneal dysfunction and 1 case of brain infarction.Conclusion Cataract extraction with IOL implantation is the main method for light restoring in the venerable age cataract patients but takes some risk at the same time.
