摘要
目的 探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的手术时机。方法 对 30例外伤性白内障根据其受伤的情况 ,晶状体的破裂情况 ,有无晶状体脱位 ,有无眼内异物 ,而选择不同的术式。结果 术后均无严重并发症 ,术后 3月裸眼视力最差 0 1,最佳视力达 1 0。结论 根据其致伤情况 ,眼内组织的受损程度的不同而选择不同的手术方法及时机是外伤性白内障脱盲。
Objective To observe the optimal operation timing of intraocular lens implantation in cases with traumatic cataract.Methods Different operation were used according to different causes,such as rupture or dislocation of lens or intraocular foreign body in cases with traumatic cataract.Results No any serious complication was found in all the cases, and the vision restored from 0.1 to 1.0.Conclusion Selection of different operations and operation timing according to different causes in traumatic cataract is an effective way to restore light or rehabiltation.
