摘要
本文对钢丝网水泥、玻璃钢、玻璃钢-钢丝网水泥和钢丝网水泥用的砂浆试件进行了力学性能的试验研究,为这类复合构件进行有限元计算提供可靠数据.试验结果表明:对玻璃钢-钢丝网水泥复合构件裂缝开展缓慢,且在同一缝宽条件下,其强度比钢丝网水泥明显提高,即使当其内部的钢丝网水泥达到设计缝宽时,其表面玻璃钢仍没有产生裂缝,这一点对结构的防渗、防腐和承载力的设计有着重要意义.
In this paper the mechanical properties of Ferrocement (FC) Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP), Glass-Fiber Reinforced PIastic-Ferrocement (GRP-FC) composite specimen and cement mortar used in FC are studied experimentally. The data presented are reliable and can be applied in the calculation of finite element method for composite elements of this type. The experimental results indicate that the flaw develops slowly and the strength increases obviously compared with FC at the same flaw width for GRP-FC composite element. Even if the flaw size of FC in GRP-FC composite elements reaches the designed width, no flaw appears on the surface of GRP, which is of great significance to the structural design of antiseepage, anticorrosion and loading ability.
