摘要
以蜡状芽孢杆菌和胶状芽孢杆菌为菌种制作的菌肥 ,可以提高土壤的供肥能力 ,N2 O可提高 97.2 % ,K2 O增加83.9% ;使蔬菜次生根数增加 10 %~ 5 1% ,增长可至 30 .9% ,根系活力可增加 17.2 % ;菌肥还可促进植物的营养 ,可使作物叶片的营养元素P、K、Ca、Mg的含量均有增加 ;还可增加叶片中叶绿素含量达 5 3% ,作物的叶面积系数增加 2 6 .8% ;菌肥还可降低呼吸强度 10 %~ 2 3% ;菌肥中细菌代谢时可生成多种生长激素和细胞分裂激素 ,如 6 -苄氨基嘌吟、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素等 ,通过这几方面的综合作用 ,使作物的生长加速、消耗降低 。
The bacillus cereus and bacillusgel were made as the bacteria manure's.It could enhance the ability of supplying nutriment from the soil.The N 2O of the soil could be increased about 97.2,and the K 2O could be increased about 83.9;the secondary roots of the vegetable could be increased about 10~59;the length of the root could be increased about 30.9;the activity of the root could be raised about 17.2;it could also promote the nutrition of vegetable and make the P?K?Ca?Mg of the crop leaves raise.The content of the cholorophyll in the leaf could be raised about 53 and the area of the photosynthesis and leaves was enhanced about 26.8;The respiratory intensity of the crop could be lowered form 10 to 23.Several hormone such as the Ade?PA?KT?IAA?6-BA?GA 3 could be produced in the bacteria metabolism.These action of the bacteria made the crop grow well and the consumtion lower.The output of the crop was increased.
