摘要
氟在玻璃与搪瓷生产中的应用十分广泛。氟在750℃时便开始以氟化氢形式大量挥发逸出,严重污染环境。我厂在生产玻璃马赛克中,采用的主要原料为萤石和氟化硅酸钠等。由于用量较大,熔制时排出的废气有较多的氟化氢成分,对环境影响较为严重。经有关部门测定,氟化物的排放量达2.144kg/h,浓度为9.152mg/m^3,超过了国家规定的排放标准。因此对氟废气进行了处理,现将处理的方法和效果介绍如下:
A number of conventional processes of waste gas treatment, such as dilution, dust separation and absorption, are briefly introduced by the author. In view of the high temperature of the waste gas and the high discharge rate of the factory,a so-ealled'Horizontal Watering Purification System' for treating waste gas has been developed to meet the state standard. The system is characterised by its loss investment, simple structure, and longer life. It is suitable for tho use of middle-sized or small-sized glass mosaic factories and enamelling factories in their treating of waste gases.
