摘要
茶树种质资源的利用与新品种选育进入了分子水平 ;茶园管理正步入精准化与机械化 ;茶树病虫害的防治从“治”转向“控制” ,从单一化学防治发展到综合防治和生态控制 ;随着食品科学的引入 ,茶叶的深加工也逢勃兴起。然而 ,茶业科技要获得持续、跨越式发展 ,则应加强以下几个方面的研究 :( 1)从细胞水平、分子水平深入开展茶树种质资源和育种研究 ;( 2 )运用生物多样性机制控制茶园病虫害 ;( 3)深入地应用食品科学新技术 ,研发出对人体健康有益的茶制品 ;( 4 )进一步开展茶与健康研究 。
Utilization of tea germplasm resources and new variety breeding entered a level of molecular and management of tea plantation has now gotten into accuracy and mechanization.Prevention and control of the tea tree diseases and pests took a turn from“cure”to“control”,and single chemical prevention was changed into the comprehensive prevention and ecological control.With the introduction of food science,tea processing industry have sprung up vigorously.However,in order to get a sustained and striding-like development of the tea science and technology,the studies of following aspects might be emphasised:(i)To launch comprehensive studies of the tea germplasm resources and breeding at the cytological and molecular levels;(ii)To control tea plantation diseases and pests by adopting biological mechanism;(iii)To manufacture tea products beneficial to human health with new technologies of the food science;(Ⅳ)To further develop studies of the relation between tea and human health,and increase additional values of the tea.
