苏玉糯1号颖果的发育及其相关品质的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了苏玉糯 1号颖果的发育规律及其淀粉、蛋白质、脂类的积累动态 ,结果表明 :(1)颖果中的淀粉几乎全为支链淀粉 ;(2 )在颖果形成的前期以增加水分为主 ,后期以积累干物质为主 ;(3 )颖果中淀粉的积累大约在受精后 10d左右开始 ,蛋白质体的积累大约在受精后 13d左右开始 ;(4 )颖果中的淀粉、蛋白质的积累动态呈“S”曲线 。 The development principle of caryopsis, the accumulation contents of starch, protein and crude fat in the process of caryopsis development of Maize-Suyunuo No.1 were studied in this paper. The results were as follows: (1)The starch was almost Amylopectin, which took on the brown-red reaction to I 2-KI; (2) In the primary period the water was mainly accumulated, but in the later period, the dry materials; (3) The amyloplast emerged on the 10th day after flowering, while protein bodies emerged on the 13th day and;(4) The accumulation contents of the starch and protein in caryopsis took on 'S' curve,but those of crude fat didn't have obvious law.
