摘要
采用平均体重为 0 5kg的加州鲈 (Micropterussalmoides)亲鱼雌雄各 2 2 1尾 (2 2 1对 ) ,人工催产 3d后开始产卵 ,经 40d共产卵 988批 ,889 2万粒。出苗 711 4万尾 ,孵化率 80 %。经 2 0~ 30d的培育共获 2~ 5cm的幼鱼 370万尾 ,成活率 5 2 %。结果表明 :加州鲈具有极强的繁殖力 ;其卵母细胞具有分批成熟、分批产卵的习性 ;加州鲈亲鱼的产卵量与卵母细胞成熟度有关 ,与温度无关。
In this test,221 couple of Micropterus salmonoides parent fish,whose average weight was 0 5 kg,were artificially hasten parturition; and spawned after three days.During the next 40 days,they laid 8.892×10 6 eggs,the amount of nests was 998, 7.114×10 6 fish fries were born,the incubation rate was 80 %.These fish fries had been reared for 20 to 30 days,and 3 7×10 6 fish fries of 2.0 ~5.0 cm long were alive.The surival rate reached 52 % The results showed that the fecundity of Micropterus salmonoides was very strong;its egg cells usually matured and spawned in turn.The quantity of spawn was retated to mature level of egg cells, and had nothing to do with temperature.
